I placed and paid for the order on March 28, 2025, and today is May 7, 2025—I was finally able to sign the contract. I hope I don’t have to wait another 38 days for them to verify the signature. Then there’s a delay, apparently to send our documents, and another delay for them to verify the documents. At this rate, my one-year subscription will have ended before I’ve even had a chance to use the service, and I’ll have to start the whole process over again.
